If you’ve been considering signing up for Now, a flexible streaming service that includes content from Sky, there isn’t a better time than, well, now.
In a special Black Friday deal, from Thursday 16 November, you can get 50% off the price of Entertainment, Cinema and Sports Memberships, and get one month of Now Boost (which gives you full HD, better sound, extra streaming allowance and more) thrown in free. This bundle is priced at £27 per month, rather than the standard monthly cost of £54.97, which is what you’d pay for the Memberships separately.
Note that you’ll have to sign up for six months minimum – but it does mean your Christmas viewing is sorted.
If you’re looking for something a bit cheaper (and don’t mind missing out on sports content), from this Thursday you can also grab the Cinema and Entertainment bundle for £9.99 per month, giving you two Memberships for the price of one. Now will also be slashing the individual plans of Entertainment and Sports Memberships by 50%, so they’ll be £4.99 per month and £17.48 per month respectively.
With Now’s Entertainment Membership, you can watch unmissable shows including Succession, True Detective and The Last of Us. The Cinema Membership includes some of the biggest hits on Sky Cinema, including Puss in Boots: The Last Wish and Elvis. Finally, the Sports Membership grants access to 11 Sky Sports channels, which includes coverage of the Premier League and the F1 2023 season.
All the other deals mentioned include a one-month free trial of Now Boost, which provides ad-free viewing, surround sound and 1080p content – note that streaming is only available in 720p as standard.
If that’s a dealbreaker for you, then check out our other entertainment provider recommendations in our list of the best streaming services. In addition, Sky is also offering a Black Friday deal on Sky Stream, its flexible plug-in box. However, this doesn’t include Cinema or Sports content.
